The "Alte Krug" has a very good price-performance ratio. I especially like the fact that there are some dishes that taste of grandma's good food. We are very enthusiastic about the great service during Corona times

Delicious. There is also a buffet. You can also celebrate your birthday there. Nice beer garden. We like to go there. See for yourself.

Very good pick-up service

5 stars for a very good roast goose. We picked up the food for 4 and loved it. We haven't eaten such a good goose in a long time and the side dishes were excellent. Recommend only.

After a few cozy and tasty evenings in recent years, we tested the “goose box” for four people (enough for five people without any problems) from the out-of-home menu last weekend, due to the coronavirus, and were completely thrilled. Thanks to the thermobox and special containers (which, by the way, are not made of Styrofoam) for a wide variety of side dishes, it was also a real treat at home. On our part, an absolute recommendation!

Especially in times of Corona, the restaurant scored again with a great organization of the pick-up service. From the ordering process on the website to the pickup, well organized, plus the food to the point. I am very pleased.

A good and quaint restaurant that is a great specimen of local cuisine. Good value.

A classic restaurant with local cuisine in the middle of East Westphalia-Lippe in an old half-timbered house. Ambience is nice, is nicely decorated for Christmas. The food in general tasted good. Only the starter - the goose liver with salad - was not convincing. The liver was very over-fried and was therefore very tough and didn't taste good. We told the staff. Nothing would be done, which is a shame. I have said nothing more about the slightly salted sousse for roast venison, would have been of no use anyway. The goose liver and the sousse also tried my accompaniment and also confirmed it. It may be that the staff was overwhelmed due to the pre-Christmas period and many customers. But, it would have been nicer if the food was at least properly prepared. Prices are not the lowest, so a little customer attention is expected. I won't go anymore, neither will my company. I rarely give low grades, but sometimes it does ...

We did not have to wait long for the food and our drinks. That was awesome as we had a huge appetite that evening. The server worked fast, clean and friendly. I can only recommend this place! We find the restaurant up-to-date for all events - irrelevant whether with a friend, friends or clan; ).

Simply put 5sterne in all categories that is nothing to add .... today osterbuffet it's better ...

Total nice service there, the food is really good and the actions to eat are awesome. Price-performance top. I would like to come back :) PS: The apple rings are definitely recommended 😍
